Our Support section is changing to take advantage of an all new SEGA Knowledge Base which was recently introduced at SEGA.com. The SEGA Knowledge Base is a great new addition for our support teams, and will allow us to help in answering user questions far more effectively, all while providing you with up to date information and fixes! What does it mean for you, the player looking to ask a question about billing, or find out information on a tech issue? Read on to get the scoop on how to interact with this new system, and get the answers you require.
Searching the SEGA Knowledge Base
Getting the answers you need could never be easier! For all Billing, Technical, or General Questions the first thing to do is head the SEGA Knowledge Base. Once at your region's specific support page, use the menus to refine your search by platform and game, and then use the search field to look up your specific question. The answers are updated regularly to offer the best support possible, so be sure to check for answers every time you visit the page!
Ask a Specific Question!
If you can't find the answer to your question using the search system or have an immediate need to discuss with a support technician, you can use the Ask a Question tab at the top of the page. The Ask a Question tab will only be visible if you've made a search, so remember to search for the issue you are having trouble with! Be sure to be as detailed as possible when submitting a question to our support team. Remember to state the problem you are having, steps you've tried to resolve the issue, and any other important information that will help us resolve your problem.
The SEGA Knowledge Base comes in two flavors, the European version (GBP (£) or EUR (€)) and the North/South American (USD ($)) version. Select the version that's right for you based on the currency you pay.
