Server Status

The Phantasy Star Universe Servers are currently online and functioning normally. If you are experiencing issues connecting please check out our SEGA Knowledge Base and use the Ask a Question option to contact the Technical Support team. The Ask a Question tab will only be visible if you've made a search, so remember to search for the issue you are having trouble with!

When submitting, be sure to include the error number you receive, as well as a short description of what occurs when you try to connect.
