Summer is coming to an end within the Gurhal System, and we've added an all-new lobby on Neudaiz to help celebrate the chilly months to come! The new lobby is quiet and cool, with all sorts of exciting fireworks available for your viewing pleasure. Take a break, relax and prepare for the onslaught of new missions heading your way!

In an effort to beat the heat, we recommend relaxing with some friends and checking out the Kugo Hot Springs. While at the Kugo Springs lobby, gear up and take on the first of two new Co-op missions to be delivered in August. As you know, these missions can test even the strongest of groups, so prepare your team wisely before embarking!

Be prepared to take your group into new challenges in a variety of S2 Rank missions available throughout August. While the S2 missions are known for their increased difficulty, we hope that GUARDIANS will stick around for the many new high- ranking boards rumored to be dropping throughout.

There's been a lot going on in the past few months on Phantasy Star Universe! In July there was a widespread rebalancing of mission maps and creature spawn patterns, allowing many missions to be finished in less time or with fewer players than before. The most significant changes were to the Kugo Desert mission route on Moatoob, where the missions now are faster-paced and have new destroyable map elements.

In addition to the balance changes, an all-new party mission is now available on Neudaiz. Bunami Seagol, a Beast stationed at the Neudaiz GUARDIANS branch, is seeking help for an unofficial data recovery hunt. If you accept "Her Secret Mission" you will have to race against the clock to find the missing research samples in a four-block maze of creatures, traps, and hidden switches!

The penultimate chapter of Episode 2 is here, and things are looking grim for the Beasts of Dagora city on Moatoob, the first race to be threatened with extinction by the Illuminus agenda. In "Price of Genocide" you will have to fight through hundreds of SEED-forms and search through the mines for any survivors.
