May is huge for Phantasy Star Universe!  Not only are we delivering new missions, a huge new event, and new high ranking items, but the all new Expansion for PSU was announced last week!  That’s right, Phantasy Star Universe: Ambition of the Illuminus has been announced and is due for release in Fall 2007!  This new expansion brings a ton of new features that fans have been craving since the PSU launched last year.  Everything from new enemies, new character classes, weapon types and of course a ton of new missions!  Check out our all new Illuminus webpage for all new screenshots and information on the exciting new expansion!

That’s not all! Arriving on May 25th, current PSU subscribers will be able to take part in the first large-scale player participation event, Operation Firebreak.  Players on PC, Playstation®2 or Xbox 360tm must work together to purify an all new seed-based threat and save the system of Gurhal!  This event features all new missions, special event enemies, and exclusive items only available during the Firebreak event!    The future of Gurhal is in your hands!

In addition to Operation Firebreak, GUARDIANS will be treated to a selection of exciting S2 Rank missions available on May 11.  These new missions will also deliver very rare high ranking weapons to dedicated GUARDIANS willing to brave the new difficulties!  Check out the full update on our website and read about these new missions!
